-product analysis and mold flow analysis

ERBIWA engineer team inspects the product, and if necessary, we would make rapid prototyping samples for checking the matching with other parts. Also it is necessary to make mould flow analysis before the mold structure fixed. In this way, we can foresee if any defects on design, and to check the suitable injection system.

-new mould technical meeting

We would hold new mould technical meeting to discuss the mould structure, especially the mould injection system, ejection moving parts, cooling channel and time control, mold tolerance control, etc.,

-mould components purchase

Cylinder head cover mould components would strictly follow customer special requirement, like for water connector, hydraulic connectors, and hydraulic cylinders and so on.

-mould precision tooling & mould CMM controlling

For cylinder head cover mould tooling, we would go with two steps tooling process, from rough to precision tooling. For precision tooling, we use high speed CNC tooling machine, Fidia 3+2 CNC tooling center for tooling. The ERBIWA QC department would inspect the mould parts after finished tooling process by CMM measuring machines to check the mould tolerance is acceptable against mould drawing. And we can offer customers with CMM measuring reports for mould parts for checking.

-mould testing and sample control

After mold testing, one detailed sample inspection reports would supplied together with samples for our customer to inspect. Sample production would hold to test different condition sample status.
